Meet Up
The Plan

First thing's first: Let's get together in person or over the phone. We want to better understand your needs. Now is the time to share any special requests and any information we need to know about your company and its culture prior to beginning our search. We'll also ask you about the position's specifics, such as salary range, duties, requirements, etc. After our talk, we'll provide you with a timeline for a projected follow-up discussion regarding the results of our search. As a company, we recruit in a wide variety of industries, but if we're unable to fill your requested position, we'll be the first ones to let you know.

Follow Up
The Follow Up

During our follow-up discussion, we'll fill you in with what our search has found thus far. Depending on the position or industry, the search length may vary. Before we send a candidate or resume your way, we'll conduct a thorough phone interview to find out what the candidate is looking for from this new opportunity, and where their strengths may lie. If the candidate's background matches the requirements of the position, we will conduct a formal, in-person interview to discuss the position in detail. You'd be surprised how many other recruiters skip this step. When we find a candidate whose background matches the position in question and is a great fit for your company, we will refer their resume to you, along with a summary of their background, job history, and salary expectations. We won't discuss under-qualified applicants, period, nor will we recommend a candidate outside of your requested salary range.

The Talent

When you're feeling good about a particular candidate or candidates and you're ready to meet them, we'll begin coordinating the interview process for you. We'll do the work, you'll reap the benefits. Following your interview, we'll reach out to you for feedback, answer any unanswered questions, discuss the candidate's post-interview comments, and coordinate any additional follow up interviews you may need. When you're feeling confident that you've found your match, we'll move forward to the next phase of the hiring process. We'll provide completed references at your request, begin salary negotiations, discuss potential start dates, and assist with anything else you may need from our end. Now that the i's have been dotted and the t's have been crossed, it's time to make an offer and get your new team member ready for an exciting new challenge!
