The successful candidate will have a proven sales track record as an Account Manager / Business Development Manager and 2-5+ years’ in an Account Executive or Recruiter role.  BA/BS in Marketing, Business or other related field of study highly desired.

Must be a self starter, able to work independently and possess superior interpersonal skills.  Must be confident and comfortable speaking with executives, hiring managers and other major decision makers.  Must be a good communicator with excellent listening skills.  

As Account Executive, you will be responsible for a full desk including both business development and permanent placement activities.  Your goal is to develop and grow a client base through strategic sales initiatives including developing relationships with key hiring managers, negotiating business terms, securing job orders, and ultimately placing talent.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Aggressively seek out and generate new business through sales calls, in-person meetings, networking activities, and organization events
  • Research, market and present EKA’s services to new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and active clients to effectively grow your division
  • Negotiate contracts and job orders
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through the use of various tools and methods
  • Identify and fulfill the needs of clients in a timely manner never sacrificing our high level of client service and candidate quality
  • Complete full cycle recruitment and placement – including candidate sourcing, resume review, screening / interviewing, resume submission, reference checks, salary negotiation, etc. resulting in permanent placement
  • Assist with other duties and company initiatives as needed 

You should be a sales oriented individual with a consultative, client relationship driven approach.  Must be analytical, results driven with strong computer and technical skills.  Exceptional communication, time management, and relationship management skills required for successful achievement of position goals.
