Resume
Screening Process

After we receive your resume (have you submitted it yet?), we'll compare it with our current  job openings. If an open position matches your background, we will contact you to get started. It's important to note that if the position you're applying for isn't a match, we'll still keep your resume in our system for potential future positions.

The next step is our phone conversation. Before we interview candidates, we like to get an in-depth feel for what you're looking for and the strengths you bring to the table. If the position matches your background, we'll invite you over for an in-person interview with us so we can have a face-to-face chat. If everything seems like a fit, we'll present your resume (with your permission) to the client. We'll even offer tips and suggestions if needed—that way, you can be sure your resume is in top form. 

Note: We don't embellish or falsify your resume, and the copy we send to the client is also sent to you.

Phone Interview
Client Interview

So your resume's submitted, and the client's ready to meet? Now comes the fun part. Prior to your interview with the client, we'll prep you—even outside of our normal operating hours—ensuring you're at your best before you meet with your prospective employer. 

The goal, as always, is to make you feel confident in your ability to handle any of the questions the client may throw your way. After you finish the interview, we'll debrief you for feedback and general interest regarding the position and client-company. If the client shows interest, they may request references, which we'll collect on their behalf.

The client may ask for a follow-up interview as well. If so, we'll help you prepare for that too. If the client agrees that you're the cream of the crop, we'll start conducting salary negotiations on your behalf. We'll also begin contacting your references with your permission. At this time, we'll collect  any other information we'll need to complete the process... and if all goes well? Congratulations! You're the owner of a brand new job!
